How Do I Start?

You can start with something as simple as your team or school name and the colors you want. We’ll guide you through picking the jacket style, material, and design. If you already have a logo or idea—great. If not, we’ll help you develop one.

What Jacket Materials Can I Choose?

We offer wool, leather, faux leather, cotton blends, and even lightweight synthetics. Whether you want a traditional heavyweight feel or a modern light version, we’ve got options for every season and style.

Will I See the Design First?

Yes. Before anything is made, we’ll send a detailed mockup for your approval. We also offer sample jackets if you want to feel the fabric and check the fit before placing a full order.

What’s the Minimum Order?

Only 6 jackets. That’s perfect for small teams, new clothing lines, or first-time orders. You can order multiple sizes in the same batch.

Do You Offer All Sizes?

Yes. We stock Youth XS to Adult 6XL. You’ll also get access to a sizing chart to help you choose. If needed, we can send samples for fitting purposes too.

How Long Does It Take?

Standard production takes 2–3 weeks once you’ve approved the design. Need it faster? We offer rush production and can work with tight deadlines.

What If I Need More Later?

We keep your design on file, so reorders are fast. You can request new names, updated numbers, or even place single reorders—no need to start from scratch.

How Is the Price Determined?

Pricing depends on the jacket style, materials, level of customization, and quantity. We’ll always give you an upfront quote—no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Can I Get a Discount?

Yes! We offer bulk pricing and special rates for schools, sports teams, clubs, and fashion brands. If you’re ordering more than a dozen jackets, ask us about private label options too.

Do I Need a Final Design to Order?

Not at all. Just give us an idea of what you want, and our design team will take it from there. Even a hand-drawn sketch or basic description is enough to get started.
