No Return or Exchange

Since we create every patch based on specific and individual customer requirements, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each patch is made to order and designed to meet the precise specifications approved by you during the sample process.

Color Variance

Please note that there may be slight variations in the colors of threads or materials due to differences in dye lots or digital renderings. Despite this, we promise to deliver patches that closely match the approved samples to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions affecting shipping companies like FedEx and DHL. These situations are beyond our control, and as a result, we do not offer refunds for late deliveries caused by such incidents.

Taking Responsibility

Despite our best efforts, there may be situations where mistakes occur on our end. If we’ve made an error in producing your order, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we offer options for full replacement, partial, or full refunds.
